  1. I managed to make it through Freemium with about a day to spare. I’d have done better if I’d known how many feathers I needed for Ben and Leela – I stopped gathering feathers and did some other space missions instead thinking “Oh, I’ve got so many now I can’t need that many more…”

  2. These events likely can only be completed by people who have played since day one or spend hundreds of dollars. Taking the EA loot box route to gouging players who just love Futurama. So frustrating. I doubt I will be playing much longer.

    1. The TinyCo games have always been tough, I relaxed once I accepted I wouldn’t always complete everything, but took me while to wrap my head round that as had been spoiled with Tapped Out being so easy, too easy.

      1. I’m taking a similar approach. I was *this* close to getting the porcupine; needed another day. Between Halloween and Thanksgiving, I’ve spent way way too much time on this game; I need to step back and understand that I won’t get all the extra-specials.

  3. Bummer!!! My characters still not leveled up enough to complete mission. And only 1 Frankinator from getting Ben Franklin, UGH!! I will strive to get characters to level 25 at least for next event.

    1. I think this is one of my biggest problems with the game. The events should be more casual, a beginner/intermediate player could spend $200 and not complete an event. There needs to be a path for a non premium paying player who plays the game and checks up on the characters every 2 hours while losing sleep overnight and not even reach some of the later acts in an event. I’m considering ignoring the whole Christmas themed even, something that will likely cause me to leave the game.

      1. It can be done, I’ve completed events freemium, but I’ve insomnia to thank for that, and I agree it really shouldn’t be as hard as it is sometimes. But I do see improvements here over Quest For Stuff. So hoping for a merry Chrustmas event.

      2. While I probably definitely won’t leave the game anytime soon, I definitely share your sentiments about the events. While I do think events should have a bit of a challenge to them, since for the most part I see them as things to keep people who’ve finished the main game interested (which is a whole other issue entirely for me, the fact that there have been about a dozen events in the span of five months when the whole main game hasn’t even been fully added yet), they’ve definitely made it way too difficult. I played from the start of this event, but I wasn’t even able to finish the first week until the day the second week ended (actually, didn’t even finish that, it ended before I could get enough feathers for the time machine), and I had to shovel pizzas out and buy Dr. Cahill just to do that.

  4. The wild turkey feathers slowed me down as you didn’t get many from clearing them in NNY and only got 6 when (if) you successfully completed the level 30 space mission.
