My fry is at level 30 and I have promotion badges but when I go to promote fry to level 3 badge it says his outfit is maxed out, but I’m on on level 2 badge plz help

On Fry profile page, are you clicking Promote and seeing the box shoeing the 8 of the 3-Star Delivery badges and 8 3-Star badges. Under it a cost with a Nixonbucks price to promote?

I’m pretty much in the same situation as the OP. How do I get the 3 star badges? I’ve played at least 7 or 8 missions in a row and all I get are 2 star drops. Am I missing something? I managed to get one character past 30, but that’s it. It takes so damn long to refuel… Thanks!

Go to your store, click the supplies tab and check if you’ve built up enough 2 star badges to trade for a 3 star badge, it usually costs 10 2 star badges to buy 1 3 star – so

Any tips on getting three star badges? I have 5 level 30 characters trying the promotion quest, but all of them get wiped out before I can complete.

I don’t really understand how to level up beyond level 30 or get promoted to rank 3.
As an example, Fry is level 30 and is level maxed going by what it says on my screen. If I look at the promote tab, I see that I have 10/8 3-star badges but 0/8 of 3-star delivery boy badges.
Tapping on the delivery boy badge button, it says get from the “Deliver with Care” mission. Tapping on this brings me to The Daily Planet listing 5 missions, none of which are called “Deliver with Care”.
I have completed the first mission and 50% of the second one. No. 3 “Chain of Command” states a recommended level of 60, so no point even attempting that if I can’t get beyond level 30.
What am I missing?

When promoting Fry to level 30, does it have to be the original outfit? Or could it be, for example, power suit Fry?

I’d promotote original Fry, it will check off the tasks and he will be used more in future than Power Suit Fry who will only be useful during the event
