Daily Planet Space Mission – Captain’s Orders

Greetings Space Cadets!!!

You need not fear us, we come in peace and only wish to supply you with information. And today’s out of this world mutterings concern Captain Badge Space Missions.

Space is quite literally the Futurama frontier, it’s where us Addicts boldly go to fight intergalactic villains and to gather resources. Want to know more? If so, join us after the fold.

So where are we off to today space raiders? Oh yes, you’d better buckle up cause we’re heading to the Daily Planet to take a closer look at how to pick up some 2-Star and 3-Star Badges on the Captain’s Orders mission.

Addicts Tips:

Remember this mission is only available for 24hrs once a week, you’ll find it on the Daily Planet on Mondays from 4pm PST.

Remember 10x 2-Star Captain Badges can be upgraded for 1x 3-Star Captain Badge and 10x 3-Star Captain Badges can be upgraded for 1x 4-Star Captain Badge.

Don’t expect to fly through these missions if you’ve simply got a crew at the required level, they are tough, I advise making sure you’re crew members are at least 1 level above what’s required as then they get the first attack in, and this makes a big difference.

Grinding out these promotion badges will take time and/or pizza, you’ll find a post I did discussing this HERE.

  1. I found that having everyone at 45 for the 45 path is NOT enough to win, and you really need level 50 everyone to be comfortable. At level 50, you still won’t come through unscathed.

    1. Yeah I said to have characters above what needed in the tips, I made it through with crew L46 but was flying by seat of my pants. Getting above the level and getting those first hits in makes big difference. Then it’s getting as high as you can to start running them comfortably. I’m afraid it’s the same at L60 path and L80 path. It’s something we’ve brought attention TinyCo, that the level difficulties are off, but not sure if it wil see any change. Good luck!!!

  2. Never even noticed that it was taking 2 fuel per dot doing these. No wonder my fuel went down so fast after a few rounds of grinding. Yet another thing that makes little sense in the game design.
