Help! MY Elzar is missing. I have him up to level 27. Two updates ago he went MIA. I can find him to level him up in people section in the lower right, but I cannot find him anywhere to send him on missions. It just says “you need Elzar to do that”. I used the support link to ask a question. After 2 weeks the rep said “we are working through heavier than normal support volume. Said that they pushed an update and closed the ticket saying to reopen if the problem persists. A month and 8 messages later–no response and no Elzar. I have rebooted the game. Put Elzar’s restaurant in storage and rebooted the game and nothing. Any suggestions? Will Tiny Co ever answer support? Despite their announcement, it really sounds like they have given up on the game!
